Job Description :
We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst for a large company in San Antonio, Texas.
The primary responsibility is working support tickets escalated from the Service Desk, determining root cause and taking return to service actions. Additional responsibilities include contacting end users to gather problem related information and coordinating resolution activities with them and with the engineering teams.
Solve complex infrastructure and application problems independently. Utilizes troubleshooting techniques to determine problem root cause and return customer to service. Knowledge of Microsoft 360 and Virtual infrastructures is required. Must have the ability to perform system monitoring, daily checks, diagnostics and corrective actions, complex root cause analysis and implement corrective measures to prevent future service interruptions
The most critical skill is knowledge troubleshooting and resolving Microsoft Office 365 technical issues in a Windows 7 OS environment. Also important is troubleshooting and resolving box (cloud storage) issues and general Windows 7 OS troubleshooting skills. Three years or more experience is preferred.
Experience using Service Now. Experience with software distribution technology such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and experience reviewing install logs, system logs, registry settings, etc. in the course of troubleshooting problems.
