Job Description :
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer for a long-term project in San Antonio, Texas
Provide day-to-day operational aspects of a lead engineer utilizing NICE Workforce Management application to manage MSR schedules, allocations, paid time offs, creation of new agents, modification of termed agent profiles.
Assist in providing on-call support as assigned and run validation procedures after the production implementation.
Provide architectural suggestions, work closely with our client architects and provide architecture and support to the Call Center teams.
Must have knowledge in technologies of all tiers (Front end, Services, Backend) proven experience in the following:
Minimum of five (5) years experience:
With integrating and analyzing call center data volumes from Avaya and Cisco.
In Contact Center workforce management java batch processing and APIs.
Integrator with Call Center vendor solutions (Cisco UCCE, Cisco ICM, NICE, BlueJeans, Avaya, Gridspace, Oracle ASC).
With development of cloud based technologies – AWS, Salesforce.
With design and development of JSR 352 java batch and ETL jobs.
Working in Research & Innovation space:
Developing quick functional prototypes, pilots, incorporate user feedback and rollout for the enterprise.
Collaborate with technology vendors to evaluate their products.
Able to develop knowledge in new technologies and provide innovative solutions.
Extensive knowledge of NICE Data Models (objects, views and relationships)
