We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a client in San Antonio, Texas For immediate consideration, email resume to: Recruiting@millgroupusa.com Overview:  Digital marketing specialist focusing on strategy and creative optimization needed. Ability to think critically with a brand lens about multiple creative work streams and how each part of the project could impact a consumer's actions a must. Responsibilities: This resource will be responsible for implementing strategy throughout key media channels in a real time manner. They will need to interpret data about what is / is not working and quickly manage resources to pivot to new (more impactful) creative directions. They will be responsible for collaborating across functions to ensure brand standards and strategies are maintained in an environment that produces a robust amount of creative assets quickly.     Requirements: 5+ years of experience with Creative development, Creative optimization and Data analysis   This role is not that of a designer but one that partners with agency or creative resources to brief in creative needs that are reflected of consumer research. Must have Creative Development experience. Please note that this is not an analytical position, but there is a requirement that the candidate can use data to realize the impact of various creative pieces.
