Business Program/Project Manager


Brief Summary

We are seeking a Financial/Accounting Project Manager for a client in San Antonio, Texas. Job Role: Standard project management responsibilities to include setting up meetings with executives and key stakeholders, creating schedules, managing schedules, accountability of day-to-day management of 1 to 2 business programs/projects in the Finance/Accounting space. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ process improvement as well as program and project management. Accounting/finance back-office experience or familiarity, CPA preferred. Experience developing a program roadmap of projects to achieve business goals and deliver early business value as well as execution of the projects in the program. Develops and executes projects under the program while managing the program road map and priorities, budget and benefits. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of data analysis tools. Organizational skills Excellent communication skills
